what we do

On Friday we  had the opening of the ‘What We Do’ exhibition at Aratoi, Masterton’s art gallery. It’s a really diverse exhibition that showcases the work of tutors at King Street Artworks. It’s on until 8th August. Here’s a closer look at my piece. Please excuse the reflection. I should have photographed it before it was framed but I was on a deadline.

The reflections add to the story- from England to New Zealand and your new surroundings are reflected in your picture!

Have just walked up to the GALLERY – your work lloks awesome. I have always wondered how to frame such a piece ……. I like ‘anotheroneopens’ comment and the idea of making the reflections part of the piece.
