We’re here – temporarily. Saying goodbye to our old house was, well, it was fine actually. It’s a house that had been good to us. Our first home in New Zealand that helped us to settle, saw my business launch and it welcomed our first child. Mr TS thought that it would be difficult to leave it behind but he’s surprised himself. So, we’re here, in our sweet temporary home, searching for land, enjoying the lack of responsibility and simply being together. July has felt like a pause, time to recharge, to focus on each other, to ready ourselves for the next part of the journey. Most of our possessions are in storage but we do have a few pieces scattered around the house which makes it feel more like home.

It’s Sunday morning, Honor is playing, we’re listening to this and life is good.
