Pumpkin

Last nights supper – steamed swiss chard and pumpkin baked in cream, white wine, Parmesan with thyme and nutmeg. You know, without Jamie Oliver I do believe that the Tread Softly house would be living on baked beans on toast!

    i’m a cheeky american who just happened upon your blog through a few other craft blogs and chanced upon this wonderful dish. is there any chance you could point me in the direction of the recipe? thanks. another girl I work with and myself were drooling on my keyboard.

  7. Oh yum, I bet the nutmeg just made that dish. I shall try that one next week I think.
    I’ve just found your blog and it’s lovely, you make such wonderful things though now I have a sudden urge to scrounge around my thrift stores for thermal underware.
